October 28, 2024Vijayalaxmi, a 10th-grade student at OM Central Public School, Kabbur has been awarded the Vidyakiran Appreciation Award in recognition of her academic excellence and vision for a better society.
With a clear goal of becoming an IAS officer, Vijayalaxmi is driven by her desire to help the poor and eliminate corruption. She is passionate about using her future role to ensure that government resources reach those in need and that justice is served in all areas of governance. Her deep empathy for the underprivileged motivates her to bring about meaningful change through public service.
Her favorite subject, political science, fuels her understanding of governance and law, laying the foundation for her aspirations. She believes that a strong knowledge of political systems is essential to making effective decisions that benefit society.
Vijayalaxmi is also actively involved in extracurricular activities, particularly public speaking and poetry. These platforms allow her to voice her thoughts on social justice and express her creativity.
