Balancing Books, Dreams and Responsibilities: ALINA AZIZ- A Vidyakiran Awardee

ALINA AZIZ, a 10th grade student at JEWISH GIRLS’ SCHOOL, Kolkata  has been honoured with the Vidyakiran Appreciation Award, a recognition that celebrates her dedication and passion for learning.

 Her favorite subjects are Commerce and Economics. She enjoys understanding how businesses work, how economies grow, and how financial decisions shape the world. These subjects help her develop analytical thinking, which will be valuable in her future career.

With a strong sense of justice and a passion for helping others, Alina aspires to become a Lawyer. She is determined to study law, understand legal systems, and use her knowledge to stand for truth and fairness. She believes that a lawyer’s role is crucial in creating a just society

Apart from academics, Alina has a variety of hobbies. She enjoys playing badminton, which keeps her fit and energetic. She also loves painting, where she expresses her creativity through colors and imagination. Additionally, cooking is another passion of hers, as she enjoys experimenting with different recipes and flavours.

Cooking is another hobby that Aliza enjoys, and the Inter House Cooking Competition gave her the perfect platform to showcase her skills. With a keen interest in learning, Aliza participated in the Inter School Quiz Competition. Art has always been close to Aliza’s heart. The Inter School Painting Competition allowed her to explore new ideas, techniques, and creativity.
