Piuli Maity, a talented and determined student of Class 10, has emerged as a shining star in the field of Karate through her exceptional achievements and relentless dedication. Her journey in martial arts is marked by discipline, strength, and an unwavering spirit. In the academic year 2022–2023, Piuli showcased her skill and determination by winning a silver medal in the CISCE National School Games, an achievement that placed her among the top young karatekas in the country. Building on this success, she went on to represent West Bengal in the prestigious 67th SGFI National Karate Competition, proudly carrying the hopes of her state and gaining invaluable experience on a national platform. Her commitment and consistency led her to represent CISCE in the 68th SGFI School Games 2024–25, held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where she once again displayed the qualities of a true athlete—resilience, focus, and sportsmanship. However, the most remarkable milestone in her journey came with her selection to represent India at the 22nd Asian Cadet, Junior and U21 Karate Championship in Manila, Philippines, scheduled from 20th to 24th August 2024. Competing at such a prestigious international level is a matter of immense pride, not only for Piuli and her family but also for her school, state, and the entire nation. Her journey from national success to representing India at the Asian level is truly inspiring and stands as a testament to her hard work, passion, and unwavering dedication to the sport of Karate.
